The customer had noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking and it created damage to the flooring and wall underneath the kitchen sink. We responded quickly to do the water extraction and mitigation to prevent mold from growing and from causing any additional damage.

MITIGATION:
-Water extraction and remediation-Use of air movers, dehumidifiers, negative air fans-General demolition

RECONSTRUCTION:
-Floor installation-General demolition-Remove and reset appliances
