In May 2023, a different company installed their washer and dryer and they noticed 2 inches of water behind the machines. Creating damage to their walls and flooring. Water was still present in the basement.

Solutions provided:

Washer and dryer was installed by another company when noticed 2 inches of water behind them. Water built up damaged walls flooring and is still present in the basement since 2023.
MITIGATION
Water extraction & remediation-Dried using air movers and dehumidifiers-Tore out affected materials; non-salvageable tile and baseboard-Detach cabinets for drying-Apply anti-microbial to surface area-General demolition to prepare for repair
RECON:
Trim work and staining-Install vinyl flooring and baseboard-Install insulation-Detach and reset appliances-Texture drywall.
